I am a young professional looking to rent out my spare room for either long-term or short-term lets. It is a large, spacious, light room with a double bed, TV, radio, shelf and clothes space. Any viable tenant will have full use of their own bathroom (with electric power shower, bath, toilet, sink), large kitchen and living area. The house is situated 10mins bus journey from the Ulster University (Coleriane Campus) and a short 5mins walk to the local supermarket, take away eateries and off sales. There is a large back garden and balcony area and excellent private parking. I am very easy going and keep myself to myself.
