Turning lights off after yourself and being aware of noise levels in the mornings and evenings.
Cleaning up the kitchen after use including any dishes / pots and pans.
Cleaning up of main bathroom after use, drying any excessive water.
You will not be the only person living here so a general respect for others is a must.
No pets although must be fine with 2 curious cats, no smoking in the house and no guests without notice.
I currently have 2 Tenants, 1 is fantastic and very respectful who is stayign until March 2025, the other is moving out in Early January.
