The barn is attached to the main house but has its own entrance. There is an adjoining door to the main house but this can be closed off. The property is in a rural location with limited public transport. There is plenty of parking for a car.

Ample shared gardens on a 2 acre site.

Bills included electricity, water, rates. There is access to broadband from the main house but signal is not strong so access can be given but for regular work we recommend getting your own dongle.
