Bedsit - Double bedroom with sitting area and separate bathroom and kitchenette. Ample parking in driveway. Cost includes reasonable electricity bills and water bills. Excludes Wi-Fi. There is access to WiFi but it’s a weak signal from main house. You are welcome to use but no guarantee on reliability. Furnished but can accommodate own furniture if preferred.

TV available but can only stream from internet as no external aerial.

The barn is attached to the main house but has its own entrance. There is an adjoining door to the main house but this can be closed off. The property is in a rural location with limited public transport. There is plenty of parking for a car.

Ample shared gardens on a 2 acre site.
