Double room, own shower room and sitting area.

The house is approximately 5miles outside Ballynahinch, down a country road. Transport will be required. The double room has it's own separate shower room and sitting area with tea/coffee making facilities. Parking in front of house, shared kitchen. I am a Professional and a non smoker. You must like animals as i have a small, medium and large dog. The dogs are washed and groomed every Monday to ensure there is no doggy smell. I also have two cats.. Bills included.
