My lovely housemate Heather is recently married and is returning to Scotland with her hubby in late August. I am therefore looking for a new housemate to take the room from September onwards.
About the Room:
The room is a furnished double with in-built mirrored wardrobe. Standard double bed, mattress, bedside table, desk and chair included. You will have your own bathroom to use, which includes a shower and bath (see photos).
About the Apartment
The apartment is 2 bed and 2 bathroom. There is a large shared kitchen/living room, with dining area, TV area and space perfect for yoga/workouts. Washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and oven available. Apartment is heated using gas central heating.
Off-street parking is available. There are also bus routes within easy walking distance. The following shops and brands are also in close proximity - Sainsbury's, Homebase, Argos, Bloomfield shopping centre, inc. Tesco, B&M, Boots, Waterstones and Marks and Spencer.
Also nearby is PureGym, Everlast Gym, Elysium Gym and Club 24 Fitness.
There is an enclosed garden surrounding the block. It is shared with the other two apartments but is private.
The deposit is one month's rent which will be placed with TDS NI (Tenancy Deposit Scheme) for your protection. A lodger agreement will be supplied also.
About Me
I am 36 years old and single. Recently returned to Northern Ireland having lived in England since 2008. I work in a professional role in the legal sector and WFH most days. I live with my 2 year old cocker spaniel Zoe. She is very friendly and welcoming. I am social and laid back.
About You
I am open to all. No gender requirements and LGBT+ welcome. An ideal person would be friendly and approachable but no need to be constantly social - if you enjoy your own space I wouldn't be offended. I do ask that communal spaces are kept clean and unfortunately no overnight guests. Reference and background check via OpenRent. Viewings encouraged and it would be nice to meet you beforehand.
