I'm looking for a responsible and quiet person (maybe 2x) to share my apartment.

The apartment is set in the quiet Woodgate development, adjacent to the Clandeboye country estate and lakes.

It is a fully furnished apartment, with an alarm, Virgin M250 high speed Broadband, a newly installed Bosch combi-boiler. a fully integrated, and annually checked, fire alarm system is fitted throughout the development. I pay management fees which cover the periodic cleaning of communal area such as stairs, and the maintenance of gardens and the general structures.

One double bedroom is ensuite, with a brand new, super comfortable mattress, the price of this is £485/month. The other double bedroom @£465 is spacious with a view into the Clandeboye Country Estate. and access to the second bathroom with spacious shower area etc

The electric and gas are currently on cards, bills will be shared between everyone currently occupying the house.*

It is on the inner edge of Bangor, on the western end. So it is perfect for those who need to commute to Belfast.

The ideal person(s) will be working professionals, or in full time further education i. e degree (or vocational based) or above.

I will require references, a credit check and proof of income.
