I am letting a large, clean double room, freshly painted and carpeted, in my 3 bedroom detached house in Ballyholme, Bangor. I live in the house alone currently (28 year old male). The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers.

The house is very clean, spacious and tidy and is fully furnished to a high, modern standard with absolutely everything you could possibly need. Beautiful gardens to front, side and rear of the property.

All bills are included in the rent - Sky, broadband, heating, electricity, TV License etc.

Location - Quiet, safe residential area consisting of mostly older residents. Beach is 5 less than a 5 minute walk downhill. Bus stop to town centre less than 1 minute away.

I am an easy going, tidy, polite and respectful person.

A £275 security deposit will be required to secure the room, this will be refunded when you are leaving.
