I have a double, furnished room to let in newly refurbished apartment. Large living room and separate dining room. Newly fitted kitchen and bathroom. Gas central heating and woodburning stove.

Lovely area within 10 mins walking distance of central Bangor, train/bus station and beach/coastal path.

£250 security deposit is payable with the first months rent. This will be returned at the end of the agreement.

There is a small back yard and on street parking available.
