Double bedroom in quiet cu de sac

I'm looking for a mature, independent lodger who is clean, tidy and quiet. The room is single occupancy and would suit a young professional or post graduate student.

I'm a full time, professional who works from home. I have a partner who visits regularly and a dog who is allowed on the furniture so you need to be comfortable with pets.

There is a double room with two bedside cabinets, triple door wardrobe with hanging and shelf space, and blackout curtains. The house is a semi detached 3 bed bungalow with shared kitchen/diner, living room and bathroom and a spacious garden and garage with plenty of on street parking.

Rates, internet and TV license are included in the rent. Gas and electricity will be split 50:50 to encourage responsible usage.
