Plenty of on/off street parking. Mandatory £15 cleaning lady contribution who comes on Fridays payment is made to her directly. All bills are included except gas and cleaner. Room is furnished with a day bed that’s pulls out to a king size bed, but this could be moved. There are temporary wardrobes also in place which can be moved. There is a spare room for guests. 1 bathroom recently refurbished with seperate shower/bath. Gas for hot water, cooking and heating. Large back yard with fire pit excellent for summer Time BBQ. Beautiful views of Belfast lough.
