Luxury double ensuite room in Cultra

Beautiful double room with luxury ensuite available. Wired for a TV if you have one. Currently furnished with double bed but the wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table are on the way. Curtains going up this week. Also ok if you have furniture you would like to bring with you. The house has secure, dry storage if you need to keep bikes or whatever safe, a parking space for you and a little outside garden.

The house is a newly refurbished period home right by Cultra Train Station, 3 mins walk from Belfast Lough, 5 mins drive to Holywood and 15 to Belfast. Its a really pretty area with nice neighbours.

It's a private development with intruder alarms, triple glazing etc so very secure. The house has a living room, dining room and modern kitchen. I have Netflix and Fibre broadband.

Bit about me! I work in Belfast. I'm easygoing, love a good night out but also do a lot of sport and work on my business. I have a cat who is very low maintenance and a Siberian (only saying because this breed don't aggravate allergies).

i'm looking for a nice flatmate for some fun and company, friendly, easygoing, who's up for the odd drink or night out, can relax at home and do their own thing would be great.

If preferred, we can organise a cleaner but this will be extra as I don't currently have one.
