Double room in Holywood

Double room available in holywood within walking distance to the sea and the train station. Room has a double bed, built in slide robes and bedside tables. There is a shared living room, dining room, large kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, and bathroom with shower over the bath. There is also a dressing room upstairs with mirrored desk that you are welcome to share. The garden has a lay z spa hottub, bbq, dining area and shed. There is no off street parking but there is plenty of on street parking. I work during the week so my weekday evenings are pretty chilled, usually just going for a walk, going to the sea, doing yoga or sticking on the tv but I would be happy to have drinks at the weekend. Most importantly I have a small quiet housetrained dog so it is essential that you like dogs and don’t mind him walking about the house (see pictures for him in his usual position). I initially thought month to month or 3monthly contracts might work best but I’m open to suggestions on that. Drop me a message if you have any questions or want to arrange to view the house.
