Mature lodger or postgrad - shared Holywood flat

Looking for a mature lodger (preferably male) for a lovely Holywood flat 5 mins walk from the train station and the seafront, to share with a retired person. Rent includes bills and is low in return for support for the retired tenant. 12 month minimum let. Male preferred, but female considered. Must be friendly, be of sober habits, and considerate of shared spaces. No couples, pets or undergrads, sorry (postgraduates are fine). Free onsite parking can be discussed.
