Large Bedroom in Holywood Townhouse

5 mins walk to high street / holywood station.

Used at the moment as a second living room, but the pictures should give a good idea of the size / space.

Available unfurnished if needed, if furnished required I can sort this fairly quickly.
Currently looking for a short or long-term housemate for a large room with potential additional room if required.

I work in professional sport and travel a good bit with work so there will times when you have the house to yourself.

I have a 7 year old golden retriever called Gavin so would ideally need someone who’s comfortable around dogs - he’s very well behaved and good!

Bathroom is shared but I also have an en suite so will likely have a lot of the space for yourself.

Not in a rush for a housemate so looking for the right person to live in a relaxed and calm house and share the space.
