We are two friends aged 30 and 45, both working full time... Looking for a professional/working housemate for a unfurnished double bedroom.
We are a fairly considerate house and don't appreciate messy people or regular party animals but also enjoy the craic with the right people and don't expect you to wash up instantly... We just expect you to clean up after yourself eventually.
If you think you'll fit in and looking for a spare unfurnished room feel free to message me for a viewing. Can also provide a bed if needed. Short term let's only as work needs doing to the downstairs.

Smoking only in the outerhouse.
