This accommodation is available FROM AUGUST 2024 to professional/full time workers only. No fulltime working from home permitted. The studio is attached to the owners main residence but is totally self contained with its own separate entrance. It includes one large area containing; 1 king bed, ensuite shower & WC, sitting and dining area, desk, kitchenette area with fridge, toaster, kettle & microwave cooking facilities only. No cooker or washing machine. The studio is available for or full time occupancy or with a minimum stay of 4 day pw. Price quoted is for 7 days occupancy, daily rates available on request. Would best suit a professional person working in Newry on a regular basis requiring high spec accommodation. All utilities e. g. High speed WiFi, heat and electricity are included plus bedding, towels and kitchenware. Single occupancy only considered. The studio is not ideal for permanent living and would best suit someone wishing to stay part of the week. Enquiries welcome.
