Due to the amount of renting scams ongoing, we like to know a bit about potential Lodgers. We won't respond to applicants who don't provide details like: what age you are, why you are moving, who do you work for, whether you work full-time or part-time, if your job is permanent or temporary and what hours, you would be working (this is for sharing of facilities, etc). How long would you want to rent the room for? Would you be wanting to bring in visitors? The more you tell us the better as it also helps to see if you would be a good match for our current household.
This is a large double room to rent, (not ensuite) but sharing a bathoom with one other very clean, tidy person. Use of all facilities and communal areas like fully equipped kitchen, living areas and garden. Located in a quiet country area about 5. 5 miles North of Newry with easy and uncongested access to the bypass for commuting to Dublin and Belfast and all parts of Newry City, particularly Carnbane, the Norbrook factories and Hospital but not within walking distance (roughly an 8 min drive) so own transport would be necessary. Current residents are all respectful and hard working (it is not a party house). It would ideally suit a full-time working professional. The owner has a friendly family cat who sometimes visits. No other animals are permitted. Rent includes all bills. Wifi and a communal TV are provided. You will need to provide photographic proof of ID, a reference and something to prove employment status like an employment contract or means to fund payment like a payslip, etc. All this information helps confirm that you are bonefide. Addional background checks may also be carried out.
