Small double room - £90 per week, 1 week rent in advance, £390 deposit, £570 to take it.

Large double room - £110 per week, 1 week rent in advance, £480 deposit, £700 to take it.
it can be shared between 2 female friends/couple, +£20 extra, £130 per week, £65 each.

Deposits are 100% refundable.
1 week notice if leaving.
No payment required, as the paid in advance week will be used as week of notice.

Requirements: clean and tidy person, financially responsible, team player, non smoker,
non drug abuser, non excessive alcohol user.

The house has 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen.
Mains boiler supply for constant hot water and heating.
Also there is a spare electric shower which can be used in case of
technical problems in the boiler system.

Free to use kitchen appliances:

Oven, air fryer, electric and induction hobs, rice cooker, toaster, juicer, blender,
egg cooker, steamer, espresso coffee maker, microwave, kettle,
washing machine, tumble dryer, individual fridge for each tenant.

Car parking available.
There is an option for a commuting car (to place of work, groceries stores).
2 cars available. Extra charge to be discussed.

Also an assistance in buying and insuring a car.
