Home share wanted in Warrenpoint

I'm about to rent a 4 bedroom house in Warrenpoint town centre, but I need at least 1 house mate to split the deposit, rent, bills, etc. Looking for someone available as soon as possible. Basically, I don't want to start the tenancy until I'm sure I have at least one other person moving in as well, or I'll find myself in a slightly awkward situation lol. I'm very easy going, house proud, I like a night out and might have people over occasionally but not as a regular thing, and not at a time that was an inconvenience to my house mates.

The house has two living rooms and a decent sized kitchen, a shower and a bath and near by parking, to name a few things. I would be looking to get broadband/landline and tv packages once moved in, so that will be available as well.
