House is close to hospital and city centre, swimming pool and College. Room has single bed, desk and built in wardrobe space. Living room, bathroom and kitchen are shared. Nice garden and enough room in driveway for one more car. Quiet non smoker preferred. Would suit someone who is in Newry part time or moves about for their job.
