I'm a professional female looking for someone to share my spacious 3 bedroom house with. You'd get your own double bedroom, a second single bedroom which can be used as your lounge or office, plus exclusive use of the main bathroom with bath and shower. Shared use of the rest of the house - kitchen, lounge/diner, garage for storage, garden. Off road parking available if required.

Quiet street off the main road in Catchgate, near Annfield Plain. Great transport links to both Newcastle and Durham. Both are only 20-25 minutes drive away. Lovely countryside walks and cycle routes literally on the doorstep.

I have 2 well behaved, friendly dogs that live downstairs. They do not go upstairs, where the 3 private rooms are. So your own rooms are totally pet free!

Rent includes all utilities and fast fibre optic broadband.
Single occupancy - £400 PCM.
Double occupancy - £600 PCM.
