To the first floor there is a large landing, ample second bedroom and spacious bathroom with white suite including separate shower cubicle. Outside the property has a private enclosed block paved rear yard and bike garage.

I am a live in landlord and have an excitable French Bulldog, i am looking for someone to rent a room in order to reduce monthly costs whilst putting an empty room to use.

The room will come unfurnished, a single bed can be provided but there is ample room to get a double bed in.
