One double room in 3 bed house

I have a room in a shared house from 27/10/2025. It is a 3 bed property with 2 rooms occupied. The current tenants are myself and Liam. I'm 27 and work as a bar manager and Liam is 29.

The house is located in Bearpark which is 10mins away from north road by bus/Uber. Alternatively, walking into town takes around 45-50mins.

The house has a cat called Salem so the property may not be suitable for someone with pet allergies.

The rent is £500pm (£125pw) and includes all bills.
We also have a full Sky package Inc. Various streaming platforms like Disney+, Netflix, Prime etc.
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk. There is also a shared kitchen, bathroom and office as well as front and rear garden space.
