We are looking for a full time working professional or students who values a quiet, clean and respectful home.
Please note that this is not a party house. We go to bed early and therefore requires tenant who is considerate of noise levels at all times , especially during the evenings and at nights. Loud music, visitors, late night phone calls or any behaviour that disturbs the peace of the house would not be suitable.
We are looking for some one who is tidy , respectful of shared spaces, who keeps their room neat and tidy .
