It's very easy to get to Durham, Sunderland and Newcastle and close to the A1 motorway. The house itself is clean and quiet.

I'd prefer it if you were a professional or a university student. There are two bathrooms in the house, one attached to my room and another on the ground floor.

There is a resident dog, so you must be an animal lover.
