Single bedroom

I have a single furnished bedroom available recently redecorated and new carpet for short or long term rental. The room has a large built in mirrored wardrobe, large chest of drawers.
The bathroom is shared aswell as the kitchen dining room and sitting room. There is 5G wifi throughout the house.

I'm located in a quiet part of Birtley with easy access to the A1 and excellent bus routes into the major towns with all the necessary amenities at hand.
You must be dog friendly as I have some rescues who are very loving.
This is a chilled and relaxing home with plenty space both indoor and out.
Also, someone who tidies up and cleans up after themselves is a must.
Even though I smoke myself I do not allow smoking inside the house
