I live here with my dog who is very friendly but he has the run of the house (other than the room available of course)!
All bills included. Shared kitchen bathroom, living and dining room.
On street parking available. Nice views from the available room, although it is roadside and so there is some noise until you get used to it. There is a weekly cleaner who attends also included in the rent.
Available from 1st May 2024. Refs and bond required. There is a 3rd empty room which I don't plan to rent out which could be used for storage or study area if required.
