A spare room is available to rent in a 3 bed terrace. The room is currently furnished but can be emptied if the new tenant wishes.

Conveniently located for Bishop Auckland train station, Asda/Morrisons and within walking distance to the town centre.

Will consider short term let and professionals who need to be in the area a few days a week. Students also welcome.

I live here with my dog who is very friendly and has the run of the house (other than the room available of course)!

All bills are included in the rent. Shared kitchen bathroom, living and dining room.
On street parking available. Nice views from the available room, although it is roadside and so there is some traffic noise until you get used to it. There is a weekly cleaner who attends also included in the rent.

There is currently NO broadband as I don't have a need for it (unlimited data).

Available from 17th June 2024. Refs and bond required. There is a 3rd empty room which I don't plan to rent out which could be used for storage or study area if required.
