Spacious modern house in a recently built cul-de-sac of Bowburn, surrounded by ample green areas. Close to the A1 and, 5-10 minute drive/ bus journey to the centre of Durham. 1 minute to amazon factory.

The room that is currently available is labelled '3rd Bedroom' in the pictures.

The house is a 3 floor end terrace with a spacious living room, kitchen and garden. I live on the top floor of the property with my own bathroom facilities. The two available rooms are on the second floor which share a newly refurbished bathroom.

I am a live in landlord looking for house mates for the two spare rooms. I am a friendly, easy going young professional. I keep the house reasonably clean and tidy and would expect house mates to do the same.
