The room that is currently available is on the middle floor. The other room on the middle floor is empty so you will be the only person using the bathroom, see pictures.

The house is a 3 floor end terrace with a spacious living room, kitchen, garden and ample parking.

I am the owner of the property, occupying the 3rd bedroom but, I am very rarely in the house due to work commitments in Scotland. Looking for a friendly, easy going people who can keep the house reasonably clean and respect other housemates. Someone who is willing to communicate with me regards any issues with the property so I can resolve them ASAP.

I have rented the rooms in this property for the past 4 years and have a lot of experience as a live-in and live-out land lord.
