From the 1st September I will have a double room with en- suite available.

The other room is currently rented to a female PHD student.

The house is situated approximately 2.5 miles outside of Durham City.

As you can see from the pictures the house is well maintained and in excellent condition. It has a a good sized kitchen which comes with integrated appliances, a downstairs toilet and a living room which leads out into the garden.

The room is furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables and a large built in wardrobe.

There is off street parking if required.

I am looking for £450pcm

This will include your utility bills (has, water, electric) broadband and tv licence.
