The property is on a quite estate approximately 2.5 miles outside of the city centre.
The transport links are excellent with the bus taking approximately 10 minutes into Durham City and the house is close to the A1 Motorway.
There is off street parking for 2 vehicles at the rear of the house and a spacious south facing garden.
The house is currently furnished with 2 Double beds and 1 single with built in Wardrobes in the main bedroom. Downstairs has a Fully integrated kitchen with Washer/dryer & fridge freezer and also had a dining tables and chairs. the living room has a 42 inch tv, double leather sofa and two armchairs.
I am happy to let the property unfurnished if preferred.
