• 15 minutes to Durham City Centre.
• Local shops, Co-op, and community amenities within walking distance.

You’ll be sharing with me and my friend – we’re both professionals, tidy and friendly.
• Room : £330 per month
• Bills included: Gas, electricity, water, and broadband internet
• Not included: Council tax and any other personal expenses
