Hi, loooking for someone to take over my housemates tenancy on a 2 bed house in Bowburn (15-20 minutes on the bus from Durham) when they move out in September.

£75pppw bills not included, fully furnished, rolling monthly contract. Double bedroom, large living room, parking space at the back.
We've lived here for 18 months and you can move in from Seprember onwards- flexible on length of stay.

I am a 24yr old professional working in the local area, so looking for a postgrad/professional (students also fine but my estate agents will require proof of savings). Preferably a woman, age 21-30, moderately tidy and sociable, lgbt friendly.
