Hi! I’m an easygoing final-year PhD student currently living in this lovely two-bedroom house, and I’m looking for someone to move into the second bedroom. I’m a fellow tenant here, so we’d be sharing the house as housemates.

The room is part-furnished with a bed, a storage rack, and two bedside tables – perfect if you’ve got a few of your own things to make it feel like home. The flat itself is clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a shared bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cosy living area. It’s in a great location with excellent transport links and local shops nearby.

I’m looking for someone clean and tidy, considerate in shared spaces, and easy to live with – ideally a professional or postgraduate student who values a calm and respectful home environment.
