3 Bedroom House edge of Bowburn

A lovely 3 bedroom end of terrace household on the edge of bowburn in the grange housing estate.
Home to two working university professionals, one administrator (female, 23) and one Post doctoral research assistant (male, 30).
Both of us are keen athletes and run for the local athletics club Durham City Harriers. Ideally athletics would be an interest for you as well but its not a dealbreaker. If you were prepared to run on the club cross country team I'm sure a rent discount could be negotiated... !!

This would be an ideal place for a postgrad or early career researcher just moving into the area. There is easy and cheap bus access to Durham, it is a 5-10 minute cycle, or a 20 minute run. There is two parking bays at the front of the house (one unoccupied) so an offstreet location to park if you drive.
The house is also home to a 4 year old tabby cat rescue called Reiltin (means little star in Irish). So if you are allergic or not keen on cats you may not like this house, she also doesn't like to share her space with other animals so on her request I have to say no to any additional pets.

The room can be rented on a furnished or unfurnished basis, this includes the double bedframe, study desk, wardrobe, bin and desk chair (no difference in price just your personal preference).

all utility bills are covered by your rent.
