Hi I have a lovely double bedroom to rent in my terraced house. Located in a quite village four miles from Durham, it is surrounded by countryside but not far to local shops. The house benefits from great communication links directly to Durham or Newcastle via bus or road as it is close to the A1. The bus stop is literally a stones through from the house.
I am looking to share with someone I can get on with, who is clean, enjoys intelligent conversations and does not mind doing their share of the house work.

No vans or tradesmen
I have 2 sofas in lounge, 1 four seater and 1 three seater so there is plenty of room to stretch out and watch the TV
All bills inclusive this includes gas, electric, water, unlimited wireless broadband, tv licence etc
I am happy to rent this to professionals or students with a mature attitude
