If you wish to rent the whole house then please inform me at the time of application.

The room is in a 3 bedroom New Build house. Only 2 rooms will be rented. The third room is always left empty.

You will have complete run of the house.

Both rooms have telephone connections for hard-wire internet and each room has 6 power outlets.

The house has a high end central heating and is double glazed for additional warmth if needed.

The kitchen comes complete with built in dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge and freezer plus additional drinks fridge and large breakfast bar. The cooker is fan operated with a gas hob.

There is a downstairs toilet and upstairs toilet bath/shower room.

There is a back garden with with access to the off road parking at the rear of the house.

The house is approximately 2 miles from the town center of Durham and the bus stop is only 100 yards away for those who do not drive.
