1 x large room available. in a shared house, available immediately, Essential that new flatmate is clean, reliable and is considerate of other flatmates. We keep to ourselves mostly, shared kitche and this double room downstairs is big, with desk, and own bathroom downstairs so plenty of psace. n. Buses are nearby, including Bus 49A and 49 from the Durham Bus station to Brandon; Bus 21 to Newcastle Upon; Bus 47 between Ushaw Moor- and New Brancepeth Scarlet Band. The rent includes the bills of TV and Internet.

There are three upstairs bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Downstairs there is a bedroom and a separate dining/living room we use for Laundry room and small toilet with shower downstairs. - which the downstairs room has to itself.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, gas hob, electric oven, washing machine,, two large fridge/freezers, plus lots of cutlery and crockery.

Two sheds are available in the back yard for storage, e. g. bikes. The house is situated in Brandon, 2 min. walk to bus stops, and a short bus ride to / from Durham centre at the fare £5 per week for university students. Bike is about 15 - 25 minutes and the Bus is about 10- 25 minutes to the city centre, depending the traffic time. It needs about 50 minutes to walk to most of the university campuses in the city center. Also, free street parking is always available around the house. A Co-op supermarket is 5-10 min-walk away.

Council tax: 1506.03 pounds/year/house: Please check the council tax bands. (so around 30 per month per flatmate) Council Tax is Band A.
