Price includes all bills (except food and personal items) amenities include: central heating, unlimited broadband, shower, washer and dryer. There is a free carpark to the front of the property and also a yard to sit out or dry clothes etc.

The bedroom is a good size with double bed, mirror wardrobe and bedside cabinet. Only one section of wardrobe is available for clothes as the other 2 sections are used as communal storage for items such as hoover, ironing-board etc. The dryer is also located in this room which is for communal use.

About us: We are professional males. One works shifts and the other works 8-4 Monday to Friday. Easy to get along with, pretty quiet.

About you: You must have a full time job, non smoker, be clean and tidy.

Rent is payable every 4 weeks in advance.
