Rooms have a big built in wardrobe/cupboard for storage! All bills included. One room is unfurnished and one room has a king size bed and bedside table in.
I also have a single room, with built in wardrobe available - this could be ideal for a family! Happy to negotiate on a price for renting a double and the single room.

I am looking for people who are clean and tidy, respectful and will take care of the property and furnishings.

I own the home however I live with my partner so I am not there often anymore, you have the house to yourself so it’s important I can trust you’ll look after the property.

Happy to accommodate short term lets as well as long term ones.

Chester-le-Street bus station and train station are both just a 10 minute walk and it’s a 15 minute walk into the town centre!
