Parking on the roadside on village green, alongside the house. 3 miles from Darlington centre so car essential. Handy for Teesside 15 miles, North Yorkshire, Richmond 7 miles, Weardale, Bishop Auckland 9 miles and South Durham.
Lodger can use most of the house. I am self employed plus I am an author so not home quite a bit of the time. Telephone.
