Mid terrance propery.

Mid terrace, (the middle one of three), on a quiet estate in Consett. 20 minites to Durham, Newcastle or Sunderland. Busses available to all destinations.
Garden to the front is laid to flower beds the garden to the rear has a lawn and flower beds.
In the house there are 3 bedrooms, one of which is in the attic, it is large and is accessed by very steep stairs. The second room is on the first floor it is large currently with 2 single beds. I am letting the rooms to people as lodgers, you will not be a tennant as such.
I imagine that the property will be ideal for students of Durham University who don't want to pay Durham prices.
I commute between England and France so most of the time you'll have the place to yourselves.
The is a stair lift in the property for anyone who has a handicap but it's not for playing on (okay guys)!
There are two toilets. and a bath/shower room.
There is internet but no tv. (There is a tv but I use it to watch netflix etc.)
There are neighbours on either side so no super loud music, you know what I mean!
