Flexible accommodation 1-3 beds & bathroom

I have an upper level available as a whole including two doubles and a single bedroom with tv lobby area. This includes bath/shower room OR to rent individually with shared bathroom.
Use of laundry room and aga in an old equestrian farmhouse where I live with my two teenagers and partner. I am vegan, they are not!! Just 6 miles south of the beautiful city of Durham which would suit students, visiting academics, executives and generally tidy, considerate and easy going young or old needing somewhere happy to stay.
