Double room with private bathroom

Hi,

I currently live alone in my own 3 bedroom house in the area of Coxhoe Durham. Around a 10 minute drive or 15 minute bus journey into Durham city.

Minutes away from the A1 to either the north or the south.

Walking distance to a local shop.

Double driveway, quiet residential area in a new build development.

I work in healthcare and work 3-4 12 hour shifts per week, I am out of the house a lot.

I’m a private, yet sociable person.

I have a standard sized double room available for immediate rent. Currently has a double bed, a wardrobe, set of drawers and bedside table in. Pleasantly decorated. Next to the bedroom is a private bathroom with a bath, toilet and basin.

Nice sized kitchen with a dining table and a living room - happy for these to be shared with myself.

I’m a tidy and clean person - I have a house rabbit.
