Large en suite room in 4 bed town house

I have a spare room in my townhouse in Crook, Durham. It’s a very quiet area of only 9 houses, all with private parking.
I work Mon-Fri and I’m usually playing sports some evenings and at weekends

The room is a double with a king sized bed & an en suite bathroom. It has a good sized wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table.

The house is modern and new.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, washer dryer and large fridge and freezer. I also have high speed fibre broadband and a desk area for working from home. (I don’t work from home)

There’s a garden & terrace with seating

My place is close to the town centre, a few minutes walk. 2 supermarkets and local shops under 5 mins walk.

Crook is 12 minutes drive from Bishop Auckland / Spennymoor & 30 mins drive from Durham city or Darlington.
Good local bus routes to both places
