The bedroom is 8mx3m (this is the whole 2nd floor). King size bed and has room for an office area or snug the other side. Large fitted wardrobe also.

My place is close to the town centre, a few minutes walk. Crook is 12 minutes drive from Bishop Auckland / Spennymoor & 30 mins drive from Durham city or Darlington.
Good local bus routes to both places
