The bus is every twenty mins just over the road from the house into Durham and is a nine minute journey. At the bottom of the village there is the river, and beautiful walks. At the other is a play park. There is a village shop and two pubs one with an Indian Restuarant. Nearest supermarkets and gyms are two miles away.
