Hi,

My name's Jess I am 30

I own my house and have had a lodgers for the past 3 year.

I am looking for another lodger for my spare room.

I am easy to live with I work shifts so I spend alot of time. out of the house and I also have a dog and a horse so I'm. out with them. when I'm not at work.

Bruce is my dog he's small and friendly he goes to my parents when I'm. at work.

There is parking on street on a quiet road which does not need parking permits.

Bus stop about a min away from my house so can easily get to and from the town or even walking distance is you wanted to walk.

The room Itself is actually king size with built in wardrobes.

The garden in summer in south facing so is beautiful.
