One Bedroom Let

I am looking for a housemate to help with bills. I have a gorgeous two bedroom house. There is a choice of two bedrooms which are both big double bedrooms. I am happy to move into the smaller room if that is best for you. I am a 19 year old professional female and work as a legal secretary. I have a puppy called Oscar who is 6 months old but very well behaved. I live in a really friendly neighbourhood a 10 minute walk away from Darlington town centre. I work 8-5.30 every day and weekends too. I would just be asking for help with the rent and bills. Currently my rent and bills totals around £725 but I would be more than happy to accept £350 per month as a contribution, obviously that is bills included.
