Room to rent, quiet area near a village

Hi. I am not a landlord, I am a friendly professional person who works full-time. I am looking for, preferably, a female to share my home. You will have use of all the facilities. It's a large end terrace house and the drive can fit 3 cars on. I would like someone who is clean and tidy and will be willing to share some house work, if you use all the facilities. You will have to provide your own food & cook for yourself. I can provide your own fridge freezer if you prefer. If you are using the facilities down stairs, you must be sociable and poilet to visitors. As I would be to yours as they would be welcome to during appropriate Hours. This is home, not a business...
