Craig Street is a lovely street house with friendly professional housemates. It has a communal living room, going through to the kitchen and then the bathroom. There is one ground bedroom at the rear and then two bedrooms on the first floor - it is the bedroom at the front of the property on the first floor which has become available.

The house is very close to the Darlington Memorial Hospital and a 15 minute walk to the town centre. Although it is a quiet street it is very well located to get onto Darlington's main road networks.

Rooms are fully furnished. No smoking within the property. Communal areas regularly cleaned. Prefer mature professionals and an age of 25+ with minimum 6 months stay.
